Posting Sub Plans

In an effort to make your life easier, streamline the sub plan process, and give you the confidence your sub will get your plans you now have the ability to leave electronic sub plans for your classes!

In order to make this work we know that you need to be confident your sub can access these plans, so that is why we will be providing hands on training to every sub! Every sub will be able to log into our systems on campus and access your plans.

As a bonus your sub will be able to leave you feedback directly in your plans! (Please see the example at the bottom of this article)

How do I get started?

In your Google Drive you will find a folder that has been shared with you to leave your sub plans. It is named (LastnamePlans) in my case RubinoPlans. Just search like this.

I recommend adding this folder to “My Drive” so you can quickly access it in the future. Just right click and select “Add to My Drive”

Please take a moment to make folders for each of your classes in your plans folder.

Please use the following format.

Now, to leave plans just create a Doc with your plans inside the class folder.

Don’t forget, this is Drive. You can drop any kind of file in here PDF, movie file etc.

Rosters – Please take a moment to upload your rosters to each class folder as well and periodically check they are accurate.

Once you get your class folders and rosters setup it should be really easy to make sub plans from the comfort of your couch with a cup of soup or ahead of time. :)
